About Me
Pride at the beach ambassador, Wendy Moore is a singer-songwriter who writes guitar-dominant pop music. The pop rock singer was born in Haarlem and has lived in Zandvoort aan Zee since childhood. She signed with the label ZIP-RECORDS in 2022. With her guitar as a best friend, she writes catchy pop-rock songs with underlying deeper lyrics that many can relate to. Through Wendy’s lyrics, she wants to express her emotions, inspire people, and show everyone that they are not alone with their feelings. Her songs are about hopes, dreams and other things she in her life. Wendy also strives for queer representation the media as she herself is queer.
Wendy has developed her own powerful sound with her new releases ‘That’s Not You’ and the latest single ‘IDK How To Be Fun’, which is also gaining airplay on stations like NPO radio 2. Wendy is currently working on her first EP, which is scheduled for release this summer 2023. Wendy played shows at the famous Q-factory, De Duycker, MainStage Pride, and her debut single was also played in the top 10 of XITE Netherlands. In her words: ‘The only way is up!’.
